Definitely not! Our mushroom blend includes cordyceps, reishi, king trumpet, shiitake, lion’s mane, and turkey tail. This combination of mushrooms has powerful free radical- fighting benefits and we’ve included the blend in our Matcha Tea Lemonade to help boost immunity. (We suggest deep-diving into the benefits of these mushrooms! They can be really helpful ☺)

All Adaptaura products are vegan and sweetened with plant products only.
